Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using the Xentro platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Xentro app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
As a seller on Xentro, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the products you sell.
- You will fulfill orders promptly and communicate honestly with your customers.
- You will not use the platform to sell illegal, prohibited, or counterfeit goods.
3. Fees, Payments & Promotions
Standard Fees: Xentro charges a standard transaction fee (platform fee) of 3% per successful order on the Starter plan. This fee is automatically deducted before the payout is transferred to your bank account.
Early Adopter Offer
To support new businesses, the first 10 orders for every new seller are 100% FREE of transaction fees. You will receive the full order amount. Standard fees apply starting from the 11th order.
4. Payouts
Payouts are processed instantly upon the completion of a transaction cycle. However, delays may occur due to banking server downtime or public holidays. Xentro is not liable for delays caused by third-party banking partners.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive excessive complaints from customers.
6. Limitation of Liability
Xentro provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or the products sold by merchants on the platform.
